The graphics are cute hilarious 😂 ❤
My stomach feels more sour/acidic when I m stressed.😢
This is basically "The Body Keeps The Score". I'm running out of words to say how much i love the animation and narrator's soothinv voice. Thank you for yet another awesome informative video.
this is really unnecessarily superficial. The nervous system wasnt even mentioned.
What I'm going through right now.
anybody reading this, look into the body keeps the score!
This is where western healthcare falls down, so much of our ill health can't be fixed by treating just our body, our whole life needs treating too!
Listen to your body by Lise Bourbeau
I can be certain that my appendix had abandonment issues
Buddhism explains the mind and body connection in miraculous detail.
My gut health is the worst it’s ever been at the moment, it all started when I started college. My symptoms get so much worse when i feel the need to perform, i really hope it’ll turn back to normal when i graduate
Knowing what is going on is not always the answer. Once you realize what is going on it’s not always easy to fix it or know what to do with the information especially if it’s deep rooted. Science is so unequipped on how to deal with the mind. All is can do is drug people into dullness which to me is barbaric.
Absolutely true! I have a lot of trauma and a lot of chronic pain. I am diagnosed with Fibromyalgia (finally after years of suspecting it and being told all my issues were because Im obese). Basically my body is constantly throwing a temper tamtrum 😂
Yall ever heard of a chinese meridian clock? Similar concept.
Can i do a translation for your videos to my own language?
My god😊😊😊. I simply love him😊😊😊😊
Wauw i really disagree on vocalising pain or problems. You are completely overseeing arts and movement as a helpful therapy. Talking about stuff with a psychologist or so is overrated
I felt this. Been through a doctors because I felt some pain and inflammation on my joints but they found nothing. Turns out stress can induce inflammation.
Interesting take, and sometimes very helpful for curing stress or trauma related conditions.
That said, please see a doctor first if you have a serious or debilitating condition.
i love this so much! it reminds me of yoga and i agree with it so wholly!
This! I've read two books in the last two years that helped me more than anything to deal with trauma: "The Body Keeps the Score" and "Miss America by Day." I dealt with the kind of SA that is described in "Miss America by Day" and understanding it via the lens of "The Body Keeps the Score" has done worlds of good in helping me understand my body pain.
Highly recommend the book "heal your body" by Louise Hay if you're interested in learning the connection between specific dis-eases and the trauma/mental patterns they came from.
The brain puts his hands out like he don't know what tf
going on! 😂😂
I love this video so much. ❤
This is so important. There are so may people suffering from chronic pain or illness and the cause is simply psychological. I'm finally getting rid of unexplained sciatica that turned out to be mental.
It's so interesting hearing from modern sources that fear and trauma may be stored in the base of the spine. And for thousands of years Hinduism says that the root chakra, at the base of the spine, which deals with the emotions of survival, it's primary blockage is fear.
This is exactly why 'The Emotion Code' was developed. Bradley Nelson discovered that you can release your stuck feelings which stay in the body as a symptom of ex. a pain. By using kinesiology, the unconscious body can help you release your stuck feelings.
'The Emtion Code' is a book I encourage everyone to read to learn how to clean your feelings attachment.
I got a sore spinal backache at 18 from heartbreak betrayal very painful
Such a profound concept conveyed in a delightful manner, thank you!
The body doesnt lie.
you didnt aswer the question, Im still in pain
Doctors like to pass symptoms off as “stress” if they don’t know the answer. Get a second opinion.
Untill recently I used to have some sort of discomfort around or over my chest region which used to be really uncomfortable. Guys , believe me when i say this , a couple of days ago i just laid down on my back on the floor , closed my eyes and allowed myself ro feel all the emotions that were trapped in my body . It was for about 20 mins and my life has bever been the same again . I m starting to grow day by day by becoming more calmer , accepting situations and feeling emotions like lonliness and anxiety that i used to once ignore .
