THE YUMMY FOOD I ATE:
↪Apple cinnamon oats:
1 apple
Cinnamon
½ cup oats
1.5 cup almond milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 scoop protein
In a single pan sautee chopped apples + cinnamon + 1/4 cup water in a pan for ~5 minutes
In the meantime, boil oats + almond milk, after thickens a bit add chia seeds and ½ of the sauteed apples, on the finish add in protein
prime with remaining apples + peanut butter
↪Cottage cheese pancakes
1 egg
½ cup oats
⅓ cup cottage cheese
½ banana
1 tsp baking powder
cinnamon
Vanilla
Non-obligatory: add ½ scoop of protein
(if too thick add milk or water!)
pan fry and add banana slices and chocolate chips 🙂
↪Excessive Protein Roasted Pepper Pasta Sauce (@itsvegansis)
Substances:
2 pink peppers
3 tomatoes
1 onion
2 heads of garlic
1 block silken tofu
2 tbsp dietary yeast/parmesan
Salt+ pepper
Preheat oven to 420°f.
Reduce peppers, tomatoes, onion and garlic, place on a baking tray and drizzle with a beneficiant quantity of olive oil, salt and pepper. Bake for 45-60 minutes or till the veggies are roasted. Chill for 10 minutes
Prepare dinner your pasta in salted boiling water + save 1 cup of pasta water
Peel the pores and skin off the peppers (elective), squeeze out the garlic, and add all of the greens and pasta water right into a meals processor. Mix till very clean.
Mix pasta + pasta sauce, prime w. Basil, protein, parmesan, chili flakes and many others.

1/2 cup oats
3 Tbsp pumpkin purée
1/4 cup milk of alternative
1 egg
½ scoop protein
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
pinch of salt
Chocolate chippies
Bake for 18-22 minutes @ 350F

(add 1 scoop of protein to exploit)

I 100% understand the part where you like randomly like compliment yourself or like comfort yourself when you’re having a hard time when usually you wouldn’t react that way in the past. That’s started happening to me over the summer and it’s amazing to see how much growth I’ve seen. I am in a relationship and had my first fight and usually fight make me panic and freak out but I was able to maturely have a conversation with them and we were able to work things on and it made me feel so proud of myself because usually I would freak out and it wouldn’t end well ❤❤❤ thank you Linda for your videos! I don't know how I crossed paths with you and it feels like it was a sign from the universe to tell me to take a deep breath and enjoy the flow of life.
Also, I want you to know I had a very bad relationship with food. I punished myself mentally and emotionally after eating a burger or a takeout (even though it was once a week or like in 2 weeks). I just saw the parts of my body that weren't looking great and I will then blame myself for eating that one little burger while the whole week I clean ate. But, after meeting you virtually. And you don't even know I exist 😂 I have new found love for food especially peanut butter ❤ I savor each bite and try to remember that food is energy and a form of self care and I am grateful to have varieties of food in my life. ❤ And also, started loving my body for being with me in every stage of my life. And the moment I forget this you pop up in my feed as a reminder ❤
I love to see you eat and it makes me happy. I was starving myself at one point, and now I eat throughout the day and do not feel guilty. ❤
