I don’t sleep worth shit i would bet i have some worst sleep patterns than anyone around me that’s for sure i cant fall asleep worth shit when I do i cant stay asleep so then during day i crash out never getting the pattern normal I’ve just started researching how to fix it hopefully i can
I work 12 hour day shifts and 12 hour night shifts. I sometimes don't see day light for 7 days straight and my sleep pattern is all over the place. I've been doing it for over 10 years. I feel fine. 😂 🙌
think is why peaple sucide ?because of lack of knowledge..simple think information and lack of bealive in ya self steam…it can be sorted out but there is some who not interested on this option
I go to bed at 8pm, awake at 4am work out, walk my dog as the sun comes up, was eating healthy before I became too broke and I'm at my lowest point, I don't know how much longer I can keep doing this.
