Clickbait Title: if the value is zero then you should buy all of the shares
I let you know what, whenever you attempt to inform this story you both sum it up in ten minutes with the broadest strokes otherwise you settle in for a rabbit gap made fully out of onions and ogres. Conspiracy theorists flock collectively and continuously attempt to rope one another into the orbit of their private passion horse conspiracy, so when you break the floor immediately you are digging by infinite facet tales, every with their very own forged of characters, making an attempt to determine if some tertiary declare is true, was perhaps true prior to now however is not true, or was by no means true, and uncover that the one sources on the matter are the identical three individuals quoting one another in an infinite circle of false legitimacy.

Particular because of Eric Pauls, a pal of mine from movie college, for digging up 15 yr previous exhausting drives simply to re-master some songs he wrote again in faculty after I was like “these previous tracks you and Cam did, they have the right vibe I am in search of!”

I can't believe famous rapper the WKND killed the gamestop pump 😢
OOPS THE POORS PULLED A CAPITALISM CANT HAVE THAT SO THEY TURNED OFF THE BUY BUTTON. DRS GME
the secret messages thing is literally just Qanon
Never tought I'd see a two and a half hours documentary about finance in my life.
What a travel
The description of MOASS sounds an awful lot like the description of NFT conspiracies.
Why do people keep falling for the same shit???
Isn't "Cohencidence" a slur for jews???
I thought the bed bath went bankrupt…. 5 minutes later… yeah, i knew I didn't just imagine every bed bath in NYC closing…
2:07:12 – 2:07:27
That’s one of the greatest line deliveries I’ve ever heard you say.
What’s ofd for me is that I don’t know whether or not to laugh at people starting at the shirt of an old man fumbling a turkey in a lousy kids book.
"… contradictory if not outright paradoxical …"? KInd of rubbed me the wrong way. Isn't it kind of the point of a paradox that it can be resolved and it may turn out to be only superficially contradictory?
God, the notion that you can find one weird trick to shortcut all of life is really prevalent, huh.
Some say theyre still waiting for MOASS to this day
Imagine if another company shorted GameStop when it was at its peak
2:12:54 I think people don't give (explicitly) Dan enough praise for his tomming and sense of humor.
While I had a general understanding of what went down, I had NO CLUE how deep their conspiracy went. It's actually so outlandish, that it almost loops back around to "Okay, but "WHAT IF" right?". I tend to be a little more conspiratorial minded than average, and the price of buying in to this theory is currently $14.18 (as of writing this comment). What if though… Eh fuggit!
The fact that apes watching GME's vote immediately misinterpreted "more than majority" to mean over 100% when it really means over 51% is very, very funny.
The Jake2B quote at the end is so good. He's incredibly bad at interpreting what hes reading, but former BBBYQ holders thought he was a literal genius.
2:25:19 "It can be difficult to have empathy for apes because frankly a lot of them suck." This was an ok story. I noticed that you spoke about two classes of people quite a bit. Apes and gambling addicts. Two groups of people who I have never heard from because they are unpopular. I appreciate that you did your research, but I feel disgusted just hearing you share your negative opinions about these groups of people without involving them in the making this video, or inviting them to speak for themselves. Sharing their video clips and screenshots that you personally curate doesn't count. Spending a couple minutes talking them as predictable irrational victims for the very few viewers who make it to the end of this video doesn't count either. Why did you spend so much time talking about apes and gambling addicts instead of interviewing apes and gambling addicts. And you call them narcissistic?
Maybe it's difficult for you to have empathy for the apes. I on the other hand know what it's like to be spoken about as a member of a group without being asked to speak for myself. To be studied and reported on as a member of a group by outsiders. To have people who are not like me make videos in which they talk about people like me for two and a half hours – which people who are not like me will then watch, becoming the basis of their beliefs about me. So yeah, I have a lot of empathy for the apes. And I think you should be ashamed of making a video like this about people. I mean, I also have empathy for you which, looks like embarrassment.
Infinite risk = infinite reward is just..so telling of the type of people we are dealing with.
I have some more decoding: "wife-changing-money"= "I can only have sex if I pay for it"; [self-representation as an ape] = "I'm out of the Darwinian evolution".
the scream i scrumt when i saw paul dano actually playing gill in a movie
More bullish news for Gamestop:
📠It looks as though Microsoft is bowing out of the physical games market, given that they just slashed their entire physical product department, along with 1900 other positions, redundancies, and post-merger reaping.
I love this video so much…. It’s so rewatchable
32:25 pops into my head unbidden more often than I'd like 😂
I know it's tech bro talk but wife changing money is one of the funniest terms I've heard.
I just realized that infinite risk is essentially 0% chance to win. So I guess these guys are gamblers as long as they accept the chance to win is in fact 0%
A lot of those people on the meme stock subreddits are trump supporters.
I think that sums them up pretty well
The post-January apes and the ones who didn't unload near the peak are a truly interesting bunch. Diamond hands are for the way up. Nobody wants to be a bagholder – it can turn you into an unhinged MOASS conspiracy theorist who spends time analyzing the CEO of GameStop's tweets. "$10 million is the floor"
1:04:19 there's a typo on Gamestop's 10-Q. In the paragraph above the highlighted quote, they clearly mix the years up on the first two dates. Compare the dates to the counts, if you're interested, dear reader.
1:41:08 "You liiiiiiterally should take my opinion with a grain of salt!"
🤨 lit-… literally? Is your opinion literally edible, Mr. Tetron Invest? Come on…
I think what blows my mind is how many people got caught in this conspiracy. A Reddit post with 26k upvotes means like 26,000 people got into this. I can see why people would feel comfortable risking their finances when it seems like tens of thousands of people were doing it too. I think that is what Dan is getting at when he says FOMO but like. 26,000?!.!? That’s rough.
A Goldfish has made money on the stockmarket and that aburdism makes me so happy
How is Ryan Cohen an idiot if he turned 10 million in revenue into 3 billion?
Wait is every line of ape Dan a direct quote from an online post?
So do humans have to believe in muhammed or that jesus is coming back otherwise we form stupid ass cults like this? Just buy an index fund and be happy
This goes to show how Supply and Demand isn't all Economics tries to make it be.
The term wife-changing money and the translators note at 29:07 are just so ridiculously funny to me it's unreal.
Fud
Get that red headband and sunglasses away from Dan! It turns him into some sort of goober!
This reminds me so much of flat-earthers, 99% of whom "believe" the theory ironically, clowning/trolling basically.
Hey guys?
Where's Hat Dan?
